Artist Statement
James has recently completed his BA (Hons) photography degree at University Campus Suffolk. James was awarded student of the year for outstanding work and commitment to the course.
Along with fellow students, he held a graduate exhibition at the University Campus Suffolk and Free Range in London’s Brick Lane.
James's current work explores the person and their environment. The distortions in the resultant portraits, illustrating the distortions of the environment on the person and the person on the environment.
