I found myself drawn to try and recreate the perfection and immense beauty I see through nature, in my paintings, Especially the little untouched sanctuaries I found on my pleasurable and inspiring walks became my inspirations.

Colour is very important to me – I always try to be as true as possible to colour and shape in my landscapes, so I can capture the original beauty of my subject without too much distortion. Seeing, or more to the point, perception and the illusion of seeing, fascinates me and is one of my main motivations for my artwork.

The general style of my work can be bold with very clean lines, and special attention is always paid to uniqueness and Aesthetics. I try to be fresh and innovative in my approaches to subject and format.

I work with sometimes quite normal, every day scenes of life and my challenge in this is to change the meaning of the images into something different, like a valuable personal memory or perhaps a sarcastic hint. I recently started to display my work online and I focus now on building up my Portfolio so I get used to displaying work.

I can see myself working on outside Installation projects later on in life, as one of my interests and ambitions is to attempt and create recreation zones incorporating Installation, sculpture, paintings, rocks and plants into a garden-like
